The Kavouras Strategy for American wheel
Some further thoughts on the "American-ized" version of the Kav bet....
I messed around with it a little more and settled upon a configuration shown in the image below.
It was quite a little undertaking. The transformation from the European to American wheel was more difficult than I thought it would be. The Euro wheel seems more orderly and structured, the Americano by contrast is more chaotic and "dis-combobulated" if you will. It was a challenge making the pieces of the puzzle fit, and avoiding things like overlapping, underlapping, raising the basic wagering scheme... and that extra zero really caused some havoc!
I made every effort to preserve the classic Kav bet, such as its chaotic pattern on the wheel (a hallmark of the system), keeping the total cost per spin at 8 units, ensuring at least a 1 unit or more profit upon each winning spin, replicating bet types etc.
I've tested it, and it seems to perform quite well. It's a viable alternative for those who might not have the "luxury" of being able to play on single zero wheels.
The Basic "Kav-American" Betting Structure:
1) 2 unit bet on the 1-6 Double Street
2) 1 unit on the 7-11 Corner or "Quad"
3) 1 unit each on the 0/00, 13/14, 17/20, 27/30, 32/33 Splits
Totals : 8 units per spin... 20 spots covered
